（1）调节池。该池用于储存印染废水，为钢砼结构，内衬FRP，工艺尺寸为12 000 mm×6 000 mm×4 500 mm，有效停留时间为13.8 h。设液位控制器3套，设提升泵2台，1用1备，通过液位控制器控制提升泵，高位启动，低位停止，超低位报警。设水力搅拌系统1套，进行废水的均质均量。
(1) adjust the pool. The pond is used for storing printing and dyeing wastewater. It is a steel reinforced concrete structure with FRP lining. The process size is 12000 mm x 6000 mm x 4500 mm, and the effective residence time is 13.8 H. Set up 3 sets of liquid level controller, set up 2 lifting pumps, 1 with 1 spare parts, control the lifting pump through the liquid level controller, start at high position, stop at low position, and alarm at super low position. 1 sets of hydraulic mixing system were set up to carry out homogeneous homogenization of wastewater.
（2）气浮池。由pH调节池、混合池、反应池、接触池和分离池组成，废水经加药反应后在接触池内与来自溶气罐的溶气水混合，析出的微小气泡与废水污染物接触并附聚在一起，通过分离池使附聚体浮于水面并得以刮除，处理后的废水从挡板下侧流出进入中和反应槽。该池采用钢结构，内部FRP防腐，并包含3套加药反应系统、1套溶气系统、1台刮渣机、1台空压机以及1套电控设备。工艺尺寸为4800 mm×4800 mm×2 500 mm，有效停留时间为2.21 h。
(2) air floatation pool. It consists of a pH regulating pool, a mixing pool, a reaction pool, a contact pool and a separation pool. The wastewater is mixed with the dissolved gas from the gas tank after the reaction in the contact pool. The precipitated tiny bubbles come into contact with the waste water pollutants and are attached together. The polymer floats on the water and can be scraped through the separation pool. The treated wastewater is removed from the baffle. The lower side flows into the neutralization reaction slot. The tank is made of steel structure, and is internally FRP anticorrosive. It contains 3 sets of dosing reaction systems, 1 sets of gas dissolving systems, 1 scraper machines, 1 air compressors and 1 sets of electronic control equipment. The process size is 4800 mm x 4800 mm x 2500 mm, the effective residence time is 2.21 H.
（3）pH调节池。在该池内向废水加入酸调节pH至适宜范围，设药剂投加装置1套，pH控制器1套，用于自动控制定量加药；另设1套机械搅拌设施，使加入的酸与废水快速混合。该池为钢砼结构，内衬FRP，工艺尺寸为2000 mm×2 000 mm×3 500 mm，有效停留时间为0.58 h。
(3) pH adjustment pool. In the pool, the wastewater is added to the acid to adjust pH to the suitable range, 1 sets of medicament adding device and 1 sets of pH controller are set up for automatic control of dosing; and 1 sets of mechanical mixing facilities are set up to make the acid and waste water mixed quickly. The pool is a steel reinforced concrete structure with an inner lining of FRP and a technological dimension of 2000 mm x 2000 mm x 3500 mm with an effective residence time of 0.58 H.
（4）水解酸化池。该池采用钢砼结构，有效工艺尺寸为10 000 mm×6 000 mm×4 500 mm，有效停留时间为11.52h。池内设弹性立体填料，使生物附着于填料表面。内设有穿孔曝气搅拌装置，使污泥与废水有效接触，设潜水搅拌机1套。
(4) hydrolytic acidification pool. The pool adopts steel concrete structure, the effective technological dimension is 10000 mm x 6000 mm 4500 mm, and the effective residence time is 11.52h. An elastic three-dimensional packing is arranged in the pool to make the organisms adhere to the surface of the packing. A perforated aeration mixing device is arranged to make the sludge contact effectively with the waste water, and 1 sets of diving mixer are set up.
（5）MBR系统。主要由膜组件（型号FP-AII15，180片）、膜机架、膜出水泵（型号GMP-32-65，Q为25m3/h，吸程4 m，扬程9 m，功率1.5 kW）、鼓风机（型号3L32WD，Q=7.6 m3/min，H=5 mH2O，功率11.0 kW）、PLC自控系统以及相应清洗加药系统组成。MBR膜组件材质为偏氟乙烯中空纤维膜，膜孔径为0.25～0.35μm，膜通量为10 L/（m2·h），膜机架为不锈钢材质。设计处理规模为20.8 m3/h，24h连续运行。
(5) MBR system. The main components are membrane module (model FP-AII15180), membrane frame, membrane water pump (model GMP-32-65, Q 25m3/h, suction range 4 m, lift 9 m, power 1.5 kW), blower (model 3L32WD, Q=7.6 m3/min, H=5 mH2O, power 11), automatic control system and the corresponding cleaning and adding system. The MBR membrane module is made of vinylidene fluoride hollow fiber membrane with a pore diameter of 0.25 to 0.35 m and a membrane flux of 10 L/ (m2. H). The membrane rack is made of stainless steel. The design scale is 20.8 m3/h and 24h runs continuously.
（6）中间水箱。经前道处理后的废水排放入中间水箱储存，中间水箱设有1个20 m3 PE桶，设提升泵2台，1用1备。
(6) middle water tank. The waste water discharged from the front road is stored in the interte water tank, and the middle tank is equipped with 1 20 m3 PE barrels, 2 sets of lifting pumps, 1 for 1.
(7) security filter. The security filter can remove fine particles with a turbidity of more than 1 degrees to meet the requirements for water intake in the follow-up process; a 5 M filter is provided to intercept the penetrations of the above filter and protect the RO film.
（8）RO系统。主要由RO膜元件（型号BW30-400-FR，20支）、高压泵（型号CR32-9-2，Q=30 m3/h，H=120m，功率18.5 kW）、加药系统、保安过滤器和PLC自控系统等组成。RO膜元件为聚酰胺抗污染反渗透膜，设计处理规模为20.8m3/h，24 h连续运行，产水率为70%。
(8) RO system. It is mainly composed of RO membrane components (model BW30-400-FR, 20), high pressure pump (model CR32-9-2, Q=30 m3/h, H=120m, power 18.5 kW), adding system, security filter and PLC automatic control system. The RO membrane element is a polyamide anti fouling reverse osmosis membrane. The design scale is 20.8m3/h, 24 h continuous operation, and the water production rate is 70%.
